Q. Who pays my cleaners' wages?

A. We pay your cleaners’ wages and manage their NI and PAYE for you. All you have to do is email your actual wages and hours to our Payroll Department.

Q. Do I have to have contract cleaning experience?

A. No.  At NIC we have over 150 years of operational experience in the rapidly expanding contract cleaning market.

Q. Who invoices the customer and chases payment?

A. We do. All invoices are created by our finance department, who also keep you fully informed on clients’ payment of invoices.

Q. Can I quote for contracts myself?

A. Yes. Our Sales Director and his team will train you and provide brochures, sample mail-shots, a large telesales team and on-going support in your sales drive.

Q. What happens if I lose a contract?

A. Customer service is an important aspect of your role, and it is your responsibility to ensure you retain your contracts. With our support, our franchisees’ retention rate for their contracts is over 90%

Q. What about machinery, equipment and chemicals?

A. We have excellent purchasing arrangements with national supplier partners, who will provide you with all machinery, chemicals and materials at best prices.

Q. In the future, can I sell my business?

A. Yes, of course you can. By developing your business you are continuing to grow a valuable asset that you can sell in the future.
