NIC Services Group, the UK’s largest privately and family-owned contract cleaning and support services business has a fantastic opportunity for a Master Franchisee to set up its operation in Malaysia.
NIC has a large portfolio of retail, industrial and commercial clients. One of the UK’s largest companies is a longstanding client of NIC and is looking to award further contracts to service their operations in Malaysia in 2014. NIC is now seeking a Master Franchise partner in Malaysia to service these contracts as well as develop this Master Franchise region through providing their services to other commercial organisations. Due to the requirement to service this major client in 2014, NIC is requesting any interested parties to contact them by 15th January. The company’s international development consultants, Platinum Wave, will be in Dubai on 25th January to meet with potential international partners.
The Master Franchisee for Malaysia will be guaranteed turnover in the first year however it will be a key responsibility of the Master Franchisee to deliver the same excellent standards of service for the customers in Malaysia as they receive in the UK.
NIC’s operational model has been proven over 50 years and the franchise business model has been proven over 18 years.
The Master Franchisee investor would be awarded an exclusive 20 year agreement to operate NIC’s proven franchise system in Malaysia. They would establish a regional office in the country to deliver the cleaning services required by the existing customer whilst also securing other independent cleaning and support services contracts with key retail, manufacturing, distribution and administrative businesses and government organisations.

Our research shows that there is huge potential for commercial cleaning and other support services in Malaysia. We have evaluated the impact of our systems and procedures and concluded that NIC’s model will offer huge potential for growth in the region. The benefits delivered to our client in Malaysia will also provide the Master Franchisee with a competitive advantage when approaching other businesses.”
He added: “The Master Franchisee will also be responsible for recruiting sub-franchisees in the country after a qualifying period. Malaysia is one of the fastest growing franchise markets in South East Asia and is supported by the government there in the form of grants. In the UK we have established an excellent reputation for our training, industry best practice and excellent customer service and we aim to replicate this in Malaysia. We are one of a select number of suppliers who provide cleaning services to this customer but we are recognized by them as providing the highest quality standard. This is why they want us to be involved with the Malaysian contract.”
